BOG Collectibles - Terms and Services

Welcome to BOG Collectibles. By accessing or purchasing from our website (www.bogcollectibles.com) or in-store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Services. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use

  • BOG Collectibles sells trading cards, collectibles, and memorabilia both online and in-store.

  • Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

2. Product Condition and Descriptions

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all items.

  • Unless stated otherwise, all singles are sold as-is and are final sale.

  • Condition is subjective; we do not guarantee grading unless explicitly stated.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on cards, sealed products, or live break entries.

  • Refunds will only be issued in the case of a cancellation by BOG Collectibles or if a product becomes unavailable after purchase.

  • If an order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Tracking will be provided for all shipped orders. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our possession.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees and delays. The buyer is responsible for all additional charges.

5. Live Breaks

  • All entries to breaks are final and non-refundable.

  • BOG Collectibles is not responsible for the outcome of randomized team assignments or the hits you receive.

  • We ship only the cards advertised in the break description (e.g. hits only, base included, etc.).

6. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase.

  • Release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for delays.

  • Orders containing pre-orders will ship once all items are available.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Customer information is used solely for order processing and communication.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except as required for payment or shipping purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • BOG Collectibles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or products.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
